About Psychology Programme with Foundation Year, BSc (Hons) - at Buckinghamshire New University

Do you want to be taught by experienced Psychologists who love what they teach, have extensive experience and help you move forward with your dream career? You’ll get that and more as you uncover the depths of the human mind at Buckinghamshire New University.

Our BSc (Hons) Psychology programme is accredited by The British Psychological Society (BPS) and is a recognised qualification by employers throughout the country. Upon graduation, you’ll be eligible for the Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership (GBC) and from there you can take steps towards becoming a Chartered Psychologist.

This course follows our programme structure, which means you have a shared first year, and then choose to specialise in a specific field of psychology. This course is a foundation year option, which takes the total course to four years. The foundation year is perfect for you if you don't meet the entry requirements.

Our programme has the following pathways: Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Sport & Exercise Psychology, Psychology & Criminology, Forensic Psychology and Psychological Studies. For more information about what you will study please visit our website: https://www.bucks.ac.uk/courses/undergraduate/bsc-hons-psychology
