About Food Design and Innovation (with Scuola Politecnica di Design), Master Degree - at IULM University of Milan

The master aims to train professionals working in the food and related sectors who know how to combine marketing and communication skills with the sensitivity and project methodology of design.

From the combination of food and design comes a "designer for the food sector" who, aware of the new trends in consumption, is able to coordinate the design:

the processes, methods and environments in which food products are processed, distributed and consumed
food from an aesthetic, communicative and representative perspective through its shapes, colours and combinations of tastes and smells;
equipment and utensils for the preparation and use of food;
communication activities for the promotion of food products.
