Overview This degree aims to enable students to specialise in subjects related to international business law, equipping them with comprehensive knowledge of the legal processes governing international business, through the systematic and critical understanding of topics relevant to international business transactions such as trade law, international sale of goods and commercial arbitration. Why study LLM/PGDip/PGCert International Business Law at Middlesex University? Among them are Dr Sara Hourani who specialises in International Commercial Law, Dr. Mariette Jones whose research and teaching focuses on company law and corporate governance and Dr Eneless Nyoni who lectures in International Trade Law.
