As the area of organisational change is constantly evolving it was important to find a university at the leading edge of the subject. So far I’ve been really impressed with the course, and working with people from different backgrounds and with differing views and knowledge makes the study all the more appealing.Basheer Habib, Management Consultant, Ontario, CanadaCourse contentCore modulesconsultancy process of change strategy and organisation research methodsSpecialist moduleschange and organisation development interventions facilitation and change agency in organisation development process of organisation development the design of organisations DissertationEntry requirementsNormally you need a good first degree or an equivalent recognised professional qualification in a business or social science related discipline from an approved awarding body.
