Microorganisms can cause a variety of diseases, and yet we could not survive without them. The microbiologist has a major influence on the production of many foods and drinks – in production of fermentation products and the prevention of food spoilage. During this course, you will learn how these fascinating organisms have such a vital role in our lives.
Our full-time undergraduate tuition fees for UK and EU students entering University in 2018/19 are £9250 a year, or £1540 per 20-credit module for part-time study.
Students from countries outside the UK are expected to have entry qualifications roughly equivalent to UK A Level for undergraduate study and British Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) for postgraduate study.
