OverviewThe Chef Apprenticeship is designed to help you to develop your skills as a chef. It aims to open opportunities for you within the hospitality and catering industry by partaking in a partnership between an employer and the University, giving you an excellent opportunity to learn within the industry whilst being supported towards the end point assessment of the apprenticeship.Fees

Please note fees are paid for each year of study unless otherwise stated. You will be required to re-enrol and pay fees at the beginning of each academic year. Fees may be subject to government regulations on fee increases. Future inflationary increases will be applied to each subsequent year of the course, subject to government regulations on fee increases.
Entry requirements
To join the apprenticeship programme you will need to be working within the catering industry with an employer who is committed to supporting you through the apprenticeship. You may be required to attend a number of interviews and trial shifts with different employers. If you are already employed please speak to us directly.
You must be a UK/EU national with three years' residency. We are unable to accept you if you are on a student visa. A minimum standard of English and Maths is also required - this will be assessed.
