Overview
This is a practically orientated, commercial and technical management course. It will train you for the professional role of construction project manager. The course is fully accredited by the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).
Why choose this course?
With a set of project management knowledge and skills, a project manager usually has a high-level management role within a large construction or development project. They are responsible for ensuring that a construction project is effectively and efficiently procured, designed and contracted through a proper tendering process, and delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
This course will enable you to develop an insight into various construction project management methods and techniques required for successful construction project and site management.

Please note fees are paid for each year of study unless otherwise stated. You will be required to re-enrol and pay fees at the beginning of each academic year. Fees may be subject to government regulations on fee increases. Entry requirements
You will need 72 UCAS tariff points, or equivalent qualifications at Level 3, and Level 2 Maths and English.

International students need to meet our English language requirement at either IELTS at 6.0 or above and a minimum of 5.5 for each of the 4 individual components (Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening).
