Accounting and Finance is for students who aim to embark on a career in accounting and finance, and for qualified accounting professionals who wish to update and enhance their expertise in the fields of accounting and finance via a fast track route.
Entry requirements:
A minimum of a Lower Second Class (2:2) honours degree in an accounting or business related discipline. Students who have achieved full membership of a professional accountancy body (for example, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA, ICAEW, ICAS) or international equivalent may be eligible for entry with advanced standing
If English is not your first language: IELTS 6.5 (including 6.5 in academic writing) or a TOEFL score of 577 (paper based); 233 (computer based); 90 (internet based)

Programme ContentBuilt upon the United Nation’s Principles of Responsible Management, the concept of ‘responsible management’ is a theme that runs throughout the programme. It incorporates the issues of value creation, ethics, environmental sustainability, corporate social responsibility, employee wellbeing and global impact within the overall context of accounting and finance education.
The programme aims to create a firm grounding in the knowledge, skills and understanding necessary for accounting and finance at a strategic and management level and explores the current and emerging theories, techniques and practices within these fields. Students are encouraged to engage with academic literature, case studies and each other by reflecting on their own managerial and business experiences.
