Investigates biological systems at the molecular and cellular levels
Involves the use of living cells and the materials they produce to create products for pharmaceutical, diagnostic, agricultural and environmental applications
Includes hands-on learning of sophisticated laboratory techniques and addresses medical and ethical aspects of this field

The following are many different types of English proficiency tests that the university accepts with the minimum required scores:
TOEFL - Computer based score: 220 with Test of Written English score: 4.5. Internet based score: 83 with essay score: 20.
IELTS: 6.5.
CAEL: 60.
MELAB: 85.
