Our Focus: Value Creation
Through the knowledge of organizational purpose and its successful strategic application, the MBA at Webster Geneva Campus teaches students the business competencies needed to develop and implement value creating ideas and solutions while building the personal skills necessary to achieve their professional aspirations.
The MBA is a 12-course sequence, delivered by a combination of research professors and practitioners who are at the forefront of their field in areas ranging from organizational behavior and behavioral finance to strategic management and leadership.
The innovative curriculum delivery method combines weekly online learning through WorldClassroom (Canvas) with one in-person, three-hour application and discussion session for eight-week terms. Class times are adapted to the cohort of students who are currently enrolled. Common options include two weekday evenings from 6 p.m. or Saturdays from 11 a.m. with special events/networking also built into the terms. Please contact admissions to discuss your preferences.
Webster offers five eight-week terms per year (Fall 1 and Fall 2, Spring 1 and Spring 2, and one Summer term). This allows busy professionals to attend, and for those who may be seeking employment or internships to keep an open daytime schedule.

Eligibility
You may be considered for admission to a master program, as per the criteria below, if you hold a bachelor degree from a qualifying institution of higher education (if you are currently completing your studies, a provisional admission may be offered, on the condition that you successfully complete that degree program before beginning your Webster studies).
The accreditation status of your current or prior university (or equivalent institution of higher education) will determine if Webster considers you as an eligible candidate for the admissions process. In particular, we consider diplomas awarded by universities that carry institutional accreditation from a respective national authority that is responsible to grant university-level status. Generally, degrees from public universities and private universities that have comparable recognition from the Ministry of Education (or nationally-authorized accrediting agency) will qualify.
If you are unsure about the eligibility of your bachelor's qualification at the beginning of your search or application process, please reach us at [email protected].
