Study a Equine Science degree in Australia in 2025

A bachelor's degree in equine science is an opportunity to combine your love for horses with an understanding of the science behind their care, behaviour, and management. Normally taking 3-4 years to complete when studied full-time, an equine science degree will cover a range of core modules, such as equine anatomy, equine nutrition, equitation science, and horse behaviour. Admission requirements usually include a high school diploma or the equivalent, and evidence of your language proficiency.

Tuition fees for international students will vary based on where you are from and where you choose to study. Financial assistance, such as scholarships or grants, might be available to help with the costs of studying abroad. Graduates of an equine science degree can either look for a job or choose to pursue further studies, such as a masters degree.
