Study a Property Management degree in the UK in 2025

Property management encompasses the tasks and responsibilities that are required to keep a residential, commercial or industrial property in good condition daily. Property managers are involved in the maintenance, repairs and security of the property. As well as being important for the daily operations of properties, a property manager can also be useful for organisations and individuals on investment, property laws and asset management.

There are several careers available to graduates of property management. These include property development, planning and development surveyor and commercial/residential property manager.

Your degree will be delivered through a mixture of modes, including lectures and seminars, as well as group projects. Depending on your course, you may also be able to take part in a work placement. Modules you study might include:

  • Construction technology
  • Environmental science
  • Project management
  • Economics and finance
