International relations is the study of how countries interact with each other. It is a combination of politics, history, sociology, law, economics and geography, and how all of these components come together in the context of international cooperation.
Studying for a postgraduate international relations degree will allow you to further develop your knowledge and skills in the area. You will be exposed to more practical and theoretical applications, which will challenge your abilities. This will mean that you are well prepared for a career in a multi-faceted and complex field.
Modules you study could include refugees and international relations, activism and resistance, slavery in global history, and politics of developing countries.
