Outstanding Training
Delivered by an Ofsted rated “Outstanding” provider of teacher training, this one year, full-funded, postgraduate course will recommend you on completion for Early Years Teacher Status - a government endorsed accreditation to teach children aged 0-5 years. You'll be taught and supported by highly experienced tutors, nursery practitioners and mentors who have a national reputation for the quality of their training.

Stimulating University Sessions
Your teaching staff (Teaching Fellows) are vastly experienced teachers and educational leaders who have been selected to provide you with the highest quality training.
The university sessions are interactive and challenging and delivered through lectures, seminars and workshops. Monitoring and development of your subject knowledge and developing expertise in the classroom is assessed through audits, presentations, directed tasks and assignments.
Inspiring Placements (Employer-Led)
Trainees will undertake a large amount of teaching with their employer, and spend 16 days in University. In addition to this, trainees will need to demonstrate to ability to teach across the age range, and therefore additional placements will be tailored to meet individual needs. This ensures a varied and balanced experience of teaching in different settings. You can expect to have between six weeks and eleven weeks away from your base setting.
