The PDA in Health and Social Care course at City of Glasgow College is designed for those who are involved, or who aspire to be involved in, supervising others in Health and Social Care and related settings.
The award recognises the wide contribution now made to care practice by a range of people in differing roles including domestic, administrative and ancillary staff. The course is designed to equip you with transferable skills and knowledge to provide supervision in a range of settings and contexts.
This part time option of study is particularly attractive to those already employed. The course combines theory and practice so that employees can apply the things they learn to benefit organisational practice.
