Our Certificate IV in Ageing Support is designed to provide support workers who complete specialised tasks and functions in aged services; either in residential, home or community based environments and helps you develop your leadership skills. It will also give you the knowledge and confidence to supervise, liaise professionally and maintain quality service.
Applicants with no formal qualifications and who are commencing within or have experience with older persons within a Community Services industry may also be considered for entry into the course.
Additional Requirements:
All applicants are required to submit to a Federal Police background check (name check) before commencement of the learners' work placement.
Applicants must be physically capable of doing general lifting and be prepared to be on their feet for long stretches of time.
