In this context, Rushmore Business School is offering a Diploma of Higher Education in Quantity Surveying to equip candidates with the relevant skills to join the construction industry.

The Diploma of Higher Education in Quantity Surveying provides a broad-based education enabling successful students to enter into careers in design, construction or operations in the building industry.

The Diploma of Higher Education in Quantity Surveying programme content has been developed to assist students who are in plan to enter design, construction or operations in the building industry. The course has been designed to equip students with the knowledge, understanding, and skills required for success in future employment or for progression to an undergraduate degree. Each module will be assessed through assignments related, where possible, to workplace-relevant activities. Successful students will normally be able to analyse situations, data, existing knowledge to provide solutions to quantity surveying problems. They will be able to apply appropriate logical reasoning as a tool to effective decision making and problem solving.

The Diploma of Higher Education in Quantity Surveying satisfies the minimum education requirements for technical surveyor membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (TechRICS).
