The BBA Marketing programme aims to provide students with a comprehensive and holistic understanding of the core marketing principles, concepts, tools, trends and developments in modern marketing theory and practice.

The BBA Marketing program is currently the only undergraduate marketing program in Cyprus which is accredited by the UK Chartered Institute of Marketing and has a Graduate Gateway (GG). Students will be exempt on an APL basis from L4 Marketing. They will be required to pass two modules, Integrated Communications (Mandatory) plus one elective module to obtain the L4 Certificate in Professional Marketing (*).
Students will also be exempt on an APL basis for L6 Strategic Marketing. They will be required to pass two modules, Mastering Metrics (Mandatory) plus one elective module to obtain the L6 Diploma in Professional Marketing (*).
*For both cases the students must take and pass 17 Marketing courses from Section A of the Academic Path as well as MKTG-291 (Marketing), MGT-281 Introduction to Management and BADM-480 Task-Based Internship (must be Marketing focused).
Career Prospects
Marketing is a field which is characterised by continuous changes and challenges. It is among the most rapidly growing areas of business and not-for-profit organisations, both nationally and internationally. Due to the highly competitive nature of the field and its rapidly evolving 'character' there is a requirement for competent graduates. Career opportunities at graduate level range from: customer relations management, advertising, product and brand management, business development, public relations, sales, market research, marketing planning, and distribution. Graduates can find a job in a variety of sectors such as the: financial services sector, professional services (accounting, insurance, legal, etc), manufacturing sector, non-profit organisations, tertiary education, medical sector, and in the retail sector
Access to Further Studies
Upon graduation, students have direct access to further studies, i.e. admission to a Master's programme without the need to take any admission examinations or further examinations, or taking any foundation courses in order to be admitted.
