Our International Hospitality Management course will equip you with the knowledge and skills to become a leading manager on the hospitality industry. The MSc qualification is awarded by our partner institution, emlyon business school.
The programme is the result of a partnership between Institut Lyfe and emlyon business school, one of the most highly regarded business school in Europe. The course is taught in English by academic experts from both institutions as well as international industry experts. Together, they will provide you an ideal balance of theory, strategic analysis and creativity through a project-based learning approach.
Each semester is completed on a different campus, in Lyon and Paris in France, and internationally, to give you an understanding of the multicultural dimension of the sector.

“I did part of my placement in gourmet patisserie with Christian Têtedoie, who owns 3 restaurants, including a bistro and a Michelin-starred gourmet restaurant. So there was a really diverse range of preparations. My duties were very varied: setting up with the team, preparing ice creams and sorbets, dressing desserts.
My best memory is when the team let me do the service for the Phosphorus Bistro completely independently. It really gave me confidence in myself and in my abilities.
